The Ambulatory Surgery Center is open Monday through Friday at 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Pre-Surgery Tour
Seven Hills Surgery Center offers informal preoperative visits for patients.  We encourage the family to participate in the tour.  These tours are one of the best tools to prepare the whole family unit for the upcoming surgery.  Our goal is to introduce the child in a non-threatening manner to our facility and personnel.  Our team will try to show your child most of the things he/she will see on the day of surgery.  The children will be encouraged to see and touch the monitoring equipment and masks.  We will answer any questions that you or your child may have.  We will make this informal, warm and short.

Special Needs
Our staff will do their utmost to accommodate patients who have special needs, whatever they may be. Please call the Surgery Center to prepare us so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Do not be afraid to call and suggest anything we might do in order to make your day easier.

Credentialing
All surgeons and anesthesiologists who desire to perform surgeries at Seven hills Surgery Center must go through the process of getting credentialed and requesting privileges for specific procedures.  Application and all supporting information is verified using numerous sources.  Once an individual has met the above—the Medical Director of Seven Hills reviews and approves the application if appropriate.  The approved application goes to the Board of Managers for final approval.  The physician may start practicing at the center once this process is complete.  This process sounds simple; however, it is quite extensive and very thorough. All Providers are required to re-credential every two years in order to maintain their active status at our center.

Financial Approval and Clearance
Our billing department will verify your insurance.  They will notify you of your copayments, unmet deductibles and non-covered procedures for which you might be responsible.  We will collect any fees that are due to the surgery center on or before the day of surgery.  We are happy to set up payment plans; please do this prior to the date of surgery with our billing department.
